1Corinthians 10:21

You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons.

(Being lukewarm by having one foot in the world & one in the church, is a contradiction for the follower of Christ.  Our God is a  jealous God & is a  consuming fire, as He will not share us with this world.

Lukewarmness blocks blessings, hinders prayers & removes God's favor. You may think you're having your cake & eating it too, but in reality you're desecrating the grace of God & trampling on the blood of Jesus.)
