Booking Terms and Conditions - The His Hop Radio & Podcast Network

Reservation and Confirmation:

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit.

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit, as outlined in the agreement, is required to secure our services for the specified date and time.

Payment:

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event. Payment can be made through the agreed-upon method specified in the agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of the client's cancellation. Cancellations made within a specified period before the event may incur additional fees, as outlined in the agreement.

Event Details:

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete event details, including date, time, venue, and any specific requirements, at least [specified timeframe] before the event.

Services Provided:

The His Hop Radio & Podcast Network agrees to provide the services as outlined in the agreement, including DJ services, video and picture coverage, and guest interviews.

Event Changes:

Any changes to the event details must be communicated to The His Hop Radio & Podcast Network promptly. Changes are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

Technical Requirements:

The client is responsible for providing the necessary technical requirements for the services, including access to power outlets, stage setup, and any specific equipment requested in advance.

Promotional Use:

The His Hop Radio & Podcast Network reserves the right to use media content captured during the event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Insurance:

The client is responsible for any necessary insurance or permits required for the event. The His Hop Radio & Podcast Network is not liable for any claims or damages arising from the client's failure to obtain appropriate insurance or permits.

Force Majeure:

The His Hop Radio & Podcast Network is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Termination of Services:

The His Hop Radio & Podcast Network reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
