Singer-songwriter Bodie brought the energy to the red carpet at the 2026 Dove Awards. He dove into everything from his cross-country Waffle House obsession to his fierce dedication to topwater bass fishing.

During the rapid-fire interview, Bodie shared personal favorites: preferring intimate concert venues, physical Bibles with highlighters, and always keeping subtitles turned on.

“Oh, top three of all time? I mean, I’m going to think of the three that I just hung out with today that I love. Hulvey…I’m going to say indie tribe, because that’s kind of cheating, but the whole crew. Does that count? Okay. So, all of them is one, and I’ll show love to Lecrae just because he paved the way.”

Previewing the New Album Sellout

bodie had plenty of exciting news to share with fans. He mentioned his upcoming album, Sellout, set to drop on January 29th.

“It’s my best project I’ve ever put out, and man, I’m hyped. It’s good stuff,” he shared.

In addition to the new record, bodie is gearing up to host the Lovesick music festival in Irvine, California, on February 5th.
