Atlanta artist, producer, and engineer Bigg Saint (Joshua Saintus) is dropping his most important record to date. His new single and music video, “Look What God Did,” arrives this Saturday, August 1st.

Breaking Curses and Rejecting the Deal
For years, Bigg Saint built traction in secular hip-hop, making noise in major industry rooms. But momentum came with a cost. On two separate occasions, executives offered him immediate fame and fortune, demanding his soul in return.
He walked away from both contracts, left the secular scene, and gave his talents back to Christ.
The music video directly dramatizes that turning point, but the spiritual battle goes deeper than music contracts. Bigg Saint’s family lineage includes a history of Voodoo priesthood, historically passed to the firstborn male. His father broke the cycle, turning away from the mantle to become a Christian Pastor.
By rejecting industry compromise, Bigg Saint continues the stand his father started—breaking generational curses and choosing purpose over short-term gain.
A Life Built on Miracles
Bigg Saint’s very existence defies expectations. Doctors told his mother she would never carry children. His father then received a dream that God would give them a son named Joshua. A final doctor confirmed the miraculous pregnancy just in time to save his life, and Joshua was born on November 27, 1994.
His natural musical gift showed up immediately. By age seven, a piano instructor realized Joshua couldn’t read music. He didn’t need to. The artist played back Mozart compositions purely by ear. He eventually taught himself to lead church services as head pianist before mastering beat-making, rapping, and audio engineering in high school.
Now, he uses every layer of that skill set for a higher calling.
