You tithe. You show up. You pray without ceasing over your family, your finances, and your future. So why does the one temple God actually asked you to keep — your own body — keep getting left off the list?

That’s the tension King Cyz (AKA Slim Sizzle) digs into on the latest WhatItIzWhatItBeezLike?!, sitting down with Giovani Henry of Faith & Roots for a conversation the church doesn’t have enough. We’ll pray over a loved one’s high blood pressure or diabetes, then gather around a table and bless the very food feeding those same conditions. Giovani’s challenge isn’t guilt — it’s stewardship.

And he builds his case on Scripture, not a trend. He points to Genesis 1:29, where God gives every seed-bearing plant “for food,” and to the book of Daniel, whom he calls “the first health coach.” His point lands hard: God can heal, but faith without works is dead. If the knowledge is already in your hands, using it is obedience.

You don’t have to overhaul your life overnight. One swap at a time — quinoa for white rice, honey for refined sugar — is how the change starts, and how you teach the next generation something better.

Because no one should die from this. And you don’t have to.
