The Flavor Fest 2026 Artist Submissions are open until Monday, March 16th, at midnight. Get an opportunity to share the stage with Miles Minnick, Datin, Jeremy Rosado, and more this November 6th and 7th in Tampa, Florida, at Crossover Church.
Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and network with hundreds of artists who attend the conference and the artist workshop track during the daytime conference.
- Submission DOES NOT guarantee selection, but it does secure your admission (Qty. 1) to the Flavor Fest Conference (general sessions, workshops, and more).
- Selection DOES NOT include travel expenses, honorarium, or merch/vendor spot.
- You will receive an email confirmation of our decision upon completion of the selection process. We also have a live stream where we announce selected artists.
- Complete your conference registration and upload the ticket confirmation when submitting. Your conference pass/registration includes all workshops, general sessions, lunch & more!
- Checklist of Requirements
- Music links (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)
- Professional photo of the artist or group (High quality, please)
- A letter of recommendation from the Pastor you serve under.
- A letter of recommendation from a previous event organizer or a church you have performed at.
- Complete your conference registration and upload the ticket confirmation when submitting. Your conference pass/registration includes all workshops, general sessions, lunch & more!
