We are thrilled to introduce the newest powerhouse joining the His Hop Nation team — our amazing sister Quincy! With deep roots in the Bay Area and now a long-time resident of Las Vegas, Quincy brings more than a decade of professional and spiritual experience to our mission.

She is a seasoned cosmetologist, a certified trainer, and the founder of Project Rainy Day, a program she is now bringing under the His Hop Nation umbrella! Project Rainy Day is all about empowerment through education — teaching people the valuable trade of cosmetology, helping them gain certifications, and now expanding into new industries that bring opportunity and transformation to our communities.
But Quincy’s impact doesn’t stop there. She’s a loving wife and mother, currently attending Bible College, and she serves as a board member for our nonprofit. She stands faithfully alongside Mrs. HisHop as her right hand in leadership and continues to pour into the mission with excellence and passion.
You’ll often find Quincy in our His Hop Radio live chat, connecting with listeners, praying, and encouraging others. Be sure to stop by every day at 11 AM PST as we journey verse-by-verse through the Book of Revelation with Mr. HisHop on the His Hop Radio Podcast. It’s the perfect time to meet her and become part of the growing His Hop Nation community.
Quincy is also deeply committed to mentoring our youth, especially juveniles who are headed to probation. She walks with them through the process, helping them stay off the streets, meet the terms of their probation, and build a foundation to become productive members of society. Her impact is real, and her heart for the next generation is a blessing to all of us.
We invite our entire family to give Quincy a warm welcome. Head to our blog, live chat, or socials, and leave her a note of encouragement. We’re excited about what’s ahead, and we’re even more excited that she’s now a part of it.

Welcome to the team, Quincy! Let’s build together.
