But what does “fear of the Lord” mean? It’s not about being terrified of God—it’s about respecting, honoring, and trusting Him. It’s like recognizing that God is the Creator of the universe, the One who knows what’s best for your life.
On the flip side, the verse warns us not to be like fools. Fools don’t just lack knowledge—they reject it. They don’t want God’s guidance and choose their own way instead. Think of it like ignoring a GPS and driving in circles.
For Gen Z, this wisdom starts with asking yourself, “Who’s in charge of my life?” When you let God lead, you open the door to His wisdom, which can guide you in school, friendships, and future plans.
