Ready4Life in Las Vegas: Making an Impact with Incredible Youth

Last weekend, the His Hop Nation team had the incredible opportunity to participate in a Ready4Life event alongside a fantastic team at another youth facility in Las Vegas. The experience was nothing short of transformative as we engaged with the remarkable youth at the facility.

Throughout the three-day event, held at the Summit View Youth Correctional Facility, our team discussed life's consequences, strategies for avoiding trouble with the law, and the importance of nurturing a saving relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We gained new insights and connections with the youth each day, reinforcing our commitment to positively impacting their lives.

Joining Forces with Ready for Life Ministry

Notably, Mr. His Hop and Mrs. His Hop was privileged to join the Ready for Life Ministry during this event. Initially invited by Kathleen Hill, we were still determining what to expect. However, upon meeting the team and diving into the activities, it became evident that we were part of something special.

On the first day, he started with introductions and logistics discussions, setting the stage for the following impactful sessions. Mrs. His Hop delivered a powerful spoken word piece on the second day. In contrast, Mr. His Hop followed up with a captivating performance on the third day. The enthusiasm and engagement from the youth were palpable, leaving a lasting impression on all involved.

Looking Ahead with Gratitude and Hope

Reflecting on this experience, we are grateful for the opportunity to connect with these resilient young individuals. We pray they will find the strength and guidance to lead productive lives anchored in their faith in Jesus Christ.
