Matthew 10:37

He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.

Jesus makes it plain, if we love anything or anyone more than we love Him, that's an idol & He won't be 2nd. Nobody or nothing can or will do more for us than Jesus has, because He earned our love & proved His love on the cross at Calvary.

Who or what do you love the most? Don't be so focused on "making it" in this life, or distracted by temporary material things, that you end up missing out in the afterlife
