Proverbs 17:22

A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones. 

(These days, with all that's going on in the world, it may seem difficult to have joy, happiness, and excitement. 

If you are in Christ, we should always be merry because our names are written in heaven. 

We can be happy because our sins are forgiven, we can be excited since we love God while He is working all things together for our good and for His glory. 

We all have problems, but if we're in Christ our problems shouldn't have us. 

So don't worry be merry, as the joy of the Lord is our strength.)
