The longer you hold on to the offense the more damaged you become, FORGIVENESS  is imperative for spiritual health and growth as well as mental wellness. The Bible says, if you can’t forgive others God will not forgive you which leaves you to deal with the consequences of your sin.  

Unforgivness is so toxic it has the ability to produce physical illnesses and mental disorders. I say all this to say unforgivness is not to be taken lightly it’s your ENEMY.  

God has graced you to stand boldly in the face of your adversary and overcome the wiles of the devil! make a choice today to repent and forgive the offender, to release the past and reach for purpose. Your healing and deliverance is wrapped up in obedience.  

Matthew 6:14-15  
For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
